Manufacturing & Engineering Services
(MES) Using the latest technologies, the Manufacturing and Engineering Services (MES) Division solves obsolescence and performance issues by designing or modifying electrical and mechanical support equipment systems, subsystems, assemblies, components and related software including data acquisition systems and instrumentation to meet unique customer requirements. Examples are: Automatic Test Systems, Electrical Component Test Systems, Avionics Test Systems, Jet Engine Test Systems, Hydraulic Test Systems, Pneumatic Test Systems, Wiring Harness and Cables, Integrated Circuit Card Assemblies as well as various electrical and electronic components, assemblies and devices that have multiple system applications. We use ISO 9000 compliant and in-house test/inspection procedures to supply you with QUALITY items and product. Our MES Division provides an array of services that will meet your cost, schedule and performance needs. In of our programs and projects, TMA has received high commendation and positive evaluation. Using a well-founded management structure, TMA effectively utilizes quality control and assurance programs with checks-and-balances to ensure the efficient delivery of service support at satellite locations.
