TMA manufactures and tests various electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment to satisfy unique Customer requirements.  We offer both build to print, and design expertise to fulfill your fabrication needs. TMA employs stringent standards on our technicians so that each job is performed in accordance with ISO9000, IPC/EIA J-STD-001,  and IPC/WHMA-A-620.  Some examples of past job categories performed in the past are listed below:

 

Wiring Harnesses / Cables We offer multi-connector electrical cable assemblies and wire harnesses built to your specifications, for a variety of applications, from computer, audio/video and communications to military, automotive, industrial, and medical equipment industries. Integrated Circuit Card Assemblies We offer build to print, programming, and design capabilities that allow us to meet our customers needs. Wire Wrap Boards We produce wire wrap boards for our clients with 100% Quality inspection.  We have the ability to automate the process if the quantity is large enough or to produce individual boards to the specifications given. Automated Equipment / Integration We have worked as an integrator for the airbag industry to develop and test prototype and production equipment for the manufacturing of airbags.  We have over 15 years experience in designing and specifying this type of equipment to help streamline your manufacturing process.  Each product is designed from an industrial engineering standpoint to minimize the capital, labor, and maximize throughput.
