Our staff of engineers with over 100 years of combined engineering experience keeps abreast of the latest technology and uses this knowledge for original designs and for reverse-engineering obsolete and unsupportable equipment, assemblies and components to meet original requirements. TMA has applied a systems approach to the engineering process to the resolve our customers needs in a timely manner. Resolution of these projects included the use of technical analysis, design change analysis, and system, subsystem, integration and in some cases technical order development.

TMA employs stringent procedures to assure the highest software quality throughout the entire life-cycle process, from requirements analysis to deployment and customer support. These procedures include project and configuration management tools, source code control, software development standards and guidelines, discrepancy reporting and defect tracking procedures, validation and verification testing, etc.

No job is outside the capability of TMA's experienced engineers and technicians to handle and comes at a very affordable rate.

TMA will take on repair and modification jobs that Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) refuse. If you have a problems with your current repair / supply chain TMA can help close the loop and get you back on the right track.

Engineering Documentation / Drafting

TMA develops production-quality drawings for both commercial and government clients.  The CAD packages utilized by our in-house drafting department are Solidworks, and AutoCAD.  The drafting department also updates, validates, maintains, digitizes and publishes commercial manuals, CAD drawings and Mil-Spec technical manuals for commercial and DOD Customers. No job is outside the capability of TMA's experienced engineers and technicians to handle and at a very affordable rate.

Reverse Engineering

By combining many of the disciplines listed above TMA can back into a solution for problems that currently have no support.  The data for the problem may be non-existent or proprietary and thus TMA utilizes the tools required to make sure the data is then re-created and supported for the long term.  TMA can provide the data as part of the contract or retain the data as our intellectual property whichever fulfills the requirements of our customer.
