Manufacturing:

TMA provides fabrication, assembly and kitting support to our customers so that our customer can concentrate on what they are good at!  We use ISO 9000 compliant and in-house test/inspection procedures to supply you with QUALITY items and product.  Our efficient in-house processes accomplish your tasks in half the time and half the price. 

 

We solve “Sole Source” and “Obsolete” support problems for Aging Aircraft, related equipment and assemblies by developing, repair procedures, acceptance test procedures, fault isolation procedures, bills of material, test equipment and test adapters that produces serviceable parts and equipment for issue to support the customer. 

 

We use such techniques as disassembly, inspection, mapping, testing, “Form, Fit and Function” technology insertion and built to sample that have proven effective in meeting Customer sustenance needs.

Using the latest technologies, TMA solves obsolescence and performance issues by designing or modifying electrical and mechanical support equipment systems, subsystems, assemblies, components and related software including data acquisition systems and instrumentation to meet unique customer requirements. Examples are: Automatic Test Systems, Electrical Component Test Systems, Avionics Test Systems, Jet Engine Test Systems, Hydraulic Test Systems, Pneumatic Test Systems, Wiring Harness and Cables (including nuclear hardened), Integrated Circuit Card Assemblies as well as various electrical and electronic components, assemblies and devices that have multiple system applications.
